After two years of posting mostly every other day, it's time for a break. Between now and mid-November, I'll be taking a rest from blogging. When I return, I might consider a new approach. Some other form? Maybe a different pace.
The first-book interview series is done. If you go to the interviews index, in the first-book section you'll find the names of 104 poets, 103 of which are links to their interviews. The 104th name, not yet linked, is mine. I'll be answering my own questions while I'm out on tour this fall and I'll post that interview here before winter. I just wanted to say that the party is now officially over. Thanks to everybody who answered my questions. There are so many people I might've interviewed, and I'm sorry to have missed those exchanges. Also, apologies in advance to all the poets who'll have a first book now. And congratulations. This morning, I'm eager (if not exactly ready) to get going. The current schedule is up at the other site. Before the end of the year, I'll be reading in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Rhode Island, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey, and New York.
See you here in November if not sooner in your town. . . .
